Subject: APT-People’s Republic of China Scholarship Programme 2024
I am pleased to inform you that the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT) in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), People’s Republic of China and the universities of People’s Republic of China will start the APT and People’s Republic of China Scholarship Programme 2024 by offering scholarship opportunities for the study of Master’s or Doctoral degree at 2 universities in People’s Republic of China. Details of the Scholarship Programme are as follows:

* Total number of scholarships are subject to change. If applicants are not qualified, the number of final selected applicants might be less than 28.
In this regard, I would like to invite your administration to nominate qualified applicant(s) by completing the Application Form (Attachment 2 and 4), if any, for those two Scholarship Programmes. The qualifications and required documents please see details in “APT-People’s Republic of China Scholarship Programme 2024” Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications ICT Scholarship Program for Master’s and Doctoral Degree (Attachment 1) and “APT-People’s Republic of China Scholarship Programme 2024” Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications Scholarship Program for Master’s Degree (Attachment 3). All correspondence related to the application should be sent by only email to ebc-c@apt.int before the deadline mentioned above.
