I am pleased to transmit the attached Diplomatic Note No. 021/2024 from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the FSM, informing that the Fujian Provincial People’s Government is offering its scholarship program to one FSM student. As indicated in the Diplomatic Note, tuition, accommodation expenses, comprehensive medical insurance, and monthly allowances are covered. As further indicated in the Diplomatic Note, application materials of the selected candidate are to be submitted to the Embassy before March 15, 2024.
In this regard, the Department would like to defer this matter to you for proper handling. Also attached are the Enrollment Guide and scholarship application for your ease of reference.
